trick or treat

well my idea for my media city illustration is going to be like a childrens book one. a brothers grimm one in theory.  i want to convey the message i felt from medi city. that yes its big and great but at what cost the the creative mind. we can be as amazing as we want but if certain regulations dontmatch with the thoughts of ppl like the bbc what happens? its the wolf leading the child. so heres a few sketches and such, eyes, expressions and wolves :) haha i just had a thought  the BBC Big Bad Company......

more logo design

these few ideas coome from a photo i took of  just 3 fanned out cards. (the reason for three is thats how many tarrot cards your meant to choose) i created the pattern from the letters fd (fate design)  something i might want to add on to the bussiness card. i think im going to stick with the soild colour as it reminds me of a pantone set aswell as playing cards. ive removed the spot and also placed the top card higher so it doesnt interupt the bottom border.

letter head design

just a simple letter head design trying out one logo

early morning train ride and revelations.......

So saw lizz today ( horray)  im pretty behind but actualy feel more confident with whats expected of me. the recent visit to media city let me feeling pretty meh.... i just didnt get it. but i did uncover some nice images.
the paths in the gardens lit up to the big bad bbc buildings, it reminded me of a fairy tale sacpe. i created an image in my head of a wolf taking a child by the hand through the path to the stuidos.
 " my my what big studios you have here".....
"well all the better for bringing you top quality programming  funded by your tv liscene fee".......
i like the image so im going to draw it out.
